A Jemtlander 17, with mounted canopy is for those who appreciate the traditional way of packing a sled. The hood is for those who want to be able to stretch the fabric to minimize snow getting stuck in nooks and crannies. The size of the sled also makes it possible to pack in one layer, which, together with the straight sides, provides an overview and the opportunity to keep things tidy. In addition, a lower pack height catches less wind and requires very tough conditions to overturn. Jemtlander 17 for those who go on tours of varying lengths and who like to carry equipment and food with a little margin. It is no problem to take a smaller amount of packing in a large sled. Floats well on the snow and is better suited to those who like to go their own way, off marked trails. The design of the sled, with wide outer dimensions and a reasonably high edge, provides the conditions for a flexible and very stable sled, which requires very tough driving to overturn.

• Low packing height combined with the design of the sled results in course stability, even in strong crosswinds, which significantly reduces the risk of the sled tipping over. 
• Jemtlander's large surface area and the optimal slope at the front edge make the sled both easy to pack and easy to pull as it floats well on the snow.
• The choice of materials and the well-balanced thickness of the material results in a smooth sled that adapts very well to the ground, resulting in a more track-stable construction.
• Field grade. Is designed to be handled with gloves on. It is also easy to work on the hull with a drill, knife and other tools for those who want to make their own modifications.
• The sled has an overhanging edge all around that stiffens the construction and is a protection for bags, straps and other things if you pull the sled against a stone, ice edge, tree or similar. The edge is also helpful in connection with lifting.
• The eyelets in the front of the sled also offer the possibility of pulling the sled with a rope, while the eyelets in the back can be used to help push the sled with the pole on a downhill slope or to help brake with a rope on a steep downhill slope. The eyelets also provide other opportunities to customize the pack.
• The sled comes with 8 mm high reinforcement bars in hard HDPE plastic, which makes the sled's bars stronger and more stable. Increases the lifespan under heavy wear and tear, such as when the sled is pulled behind a scooter or when using a kite.
• The height of 12 cm is a reasonable height for a basic pack for a short trip. For Jemtlander 17, this corresponds to 90 liters. If you pack double the height, i.e. 24 cm pack height, it corresponds to about 190 liters or the equivalent of a slightly longer trip of about 1 - 2 weeks depending on who the pack is for and the level of equipment.
• We recommend the rigid rope for the packing straps because it secures the packing better.
• The shackle is stable and can withstand heavy use. The construction with an aluminum tube frame and a locked crossbar provides a very stable solution to handle a fully loaded sled in most situations.
• The harness is suitable for most people from about 150 cm to over 200 cm in height, depending on the length of the back. The waist belt closes with a safety buckle that can be quickly unlocked in a crisis situation.
• In addition to the D-ring, the harness comes with a rubber cord for those who want more cushioning in the pulling function. The double attachment also makes it possible to connect a dog in front or for the sled to be pulled by two people, where the front person can pull with a rope.
• The canopy is perfectly adapted to the shape of the sled. There is a zipper with 4 runners at its top edge. It is well sized to allow you to pack and better manage your equipment in the field. 
• The design and size of the chapel provides a good overview when looking for selected pieces of equipment. 
• The fabric is waterproof but the seams and zippers are not. The white insulating mat at the bottom facilitates handling and provides a bright interior to make it easier to see the contents in poor lighting conditions. And it's always good to have an extra sleeping pad.
• All in all, a very stable and flexible horse.

By law, you as a customer have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you received the goods. The product must be returned in the same condition as you received the product if for any reason you are not satisfied.

When returning, the customer is responsible for return shipping, ie the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product from the customer back to us.

Instructions for exercising your right of withdrawal: If you want to return your item, you are welcome to email us at info@jemtlander.se and state the order number and what you want to return.    

We ask you to pack the product properly, if possible in the original packaging and a protective transport packaging equivalent to the one in which the product was delivered to you, and to return the product to us within 14 days of informing us that you wish to return your purchase.

We will refund the full amount you have paid, including any shipping costs for delivering the goods to you. However, if your handling of the goods has led to a decrease in the value of the goods, we will deduct an amount corresponding to this decrease in value.

We will refund the money without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have received your notification that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal and the goods have been delivered back to us.
